Easington
Easington Village

Easington is an attractive village towards the tip of the Holderness plain that sticks out into the North Sea. Easington’s fine sandy beach runs down to the Beacon Lagoons an area designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest for its bird and wildlife populations. Easington is also home to the BP gas terminals and a wind farm.

There are many notable examples of the traditional architecture of the area within the Easington village. Many cottages use cobbles taken from the beach and used in herringbone pattern to form the infill in brick-framed walls.
