Photography TrainingThe best camera in the world will still not take high quality interior images if it is set to AUTO, which is the default setting used by most agents. Camera InsuranceInsuring camera equipment on office policies usually comes with a hefty excess. We can put agents in touch with specialist photographic insurers who can cover £1000 of equipment for as little as £30 per year with no excess. Sensor CleaningIf you are regularly changing lenses on your digital SLR cameras sooner or later dust will get onto the sensor causing black spots on your images. Sensor cleaning is a professional job which needs to be done correctly otherwise damage can occur to the sensor and/or mirror which can be very expensive to fix. If you return your camera to the manufacturer it may be away for 10-14 days or longer. We offer a fast sensor cleaning service which will usually see your camera returned in 48 hours. Camera RepairIf a camera develops a fault out of warranty, repair times with manufacturers can average 3-4 weeks. We can take all the hassle out of a repair by dealing with it for you, we will keep in contact with the repairer to ensure the job proceeds as quickly as possible and vet repair estimates to ensure they are reasonable. 360 Degree Virtual ToursWe also provide agents with equipment to allow them to create their own SINGLE SHOT virtual tours in house, these tours are proven to gain instructions. However there are many poor quality virtual tours on agent's websites which is why many agents have not adopted this technology. The reason is that agents have bought 360 degree lenses, with no specific camera instructions and no knowledge of how to shoot the images correctly. We have been producing professional 360 degree images for our corporate clients for nearly 10 years and we pass this knowledge and experience on to agents via optional 4 hour training sessions. The equipment we provide is the same as we use ourselves, so with the same equipment coupled with our training, there is no reason why agents should not be able to produce equally professional images, which would put most other agents offerings to shame. Image HostingMost back office systems, e.g. Dezrez, Reapit cannot accept 360 degree images directly, and require that the images are used to create a tour which is hosted elsewhere, a link is then pasted into the back office system. This kind of software is few and far between, but we have developed our own software which is the most flexible of its kind, and gives the user complete control over the look of the finished tour. So we can provide an agent with end to end processing, from the equipment to take the images, software to unwrap the images and software to create multiple image virtual tours, all in house. We then offer a variety of support packages so that if there are any queries help is just a phone call or email away. Most of our support calls come from agents who are in properties, shooting images and we resolve the issue there and then so they can complete the shoot and do not have to make a return visit.
