Object2VR
Object2VR for Mac OS X, Windows and Linux is an application to create single and multi row QuickTime VR (QTVR) or Macromedia Flash 8 and Flash 9 object movies with features such as view states, customizable skins and auto-rotation.
Object2VR lets you create single or multi-row object images; just drag and drop your source images in.
Supported image formats are JPEG, PNG, TIFF and QuickTime VR files (JPEG as codec).
To display an object in different variants, for example, different features or in different colors, Object2VR lets you add these images as view states. You can then switch between the image sets displaying the object's options.
The Hotspot Editor lets you add interactivity to your objects, link hotspots to information windows, open websites as well as a host of other actions, even link to a quotation or check out page for online shopping.
The Hotspot Editor lets you define multiple Hotspots represented by different colors to easily keep track of the different active areas of your images.
The Skin Editor allows you to design your own look and feel for your object player. You can add your own buttons and graphics to match your customer's website offering them a more custom-made product.
You can also add animations and sound effects to your skin to help the user interact with your object images.
If you would rather not design your own skin you can use one of the preloaded skins that come with Object2VR or download skins from third parties.
Exporting:
Flash:
Object2VR exports the object including all graphical elements as a single SWF file in the Flash 8 or Flash 9 format. This allows greater control over the download behavior and makes it easier to distribute the panorama to clients, add it to content management systems or post it on a blog.
QuickTime:
Object2VR can export to QuickTime VR, with selectable direction auto play, speed and delay, user data, protection flag, and a preview track.
Domain Locking
Protect your client's object images by locking them to their domain, this helps to prevent unauthorized use by third party websites.
