Under Development
Welcome to our 'Under Development' section. This page displays some of our development projects which we are currently working on. This is just to give you an idea of where we are taking things in the world of panoramics and may just provide you with a suitable solution to fulfil your 360° imaging needs.
GPS Panoramics
We are currently working on a solution for shooting 360° panoramic images with GPS co-ordinates. Each image has a GPS location and so can then be placed at a specific point on a map. In this example we have plotted the points on a 'Google map'. Each point can be clicked on to display a preview panoramic along with the image details (latitude, longitude, Ordnance Survey reference, date/time, etc.). We have recently developed two Flash Panoramic Viewers. The more advanced version (left) can show Panoramic Videos which is now becoming a more realistic imaging option due to the increase in broadband and other high speed internet connections. Video panoramics give two extra benefits of movement within the panoramic as well as sound. With it estimated that 98% of the internet community have the free Adobe Flash player installed on their computer (figure taken from www.adobe.com) our flash panoramic players should be much more wide reaching without the need to download an additional plug-in. - View the Flash Panoramic Video Viewer - View the Flash Panoramic Viewer |
